24/10/18 - CrossFit Tyneside #2

Our students had their second session of the year on Wednesday at CrossFit Tyneside, Ben put on another fantastic session in which our students had to work on new movements, patterns and stage them together to create a workout. The session ended with a 12 minute intensive workout which included wind bikes, burpees and bar lifts (knee ups). All 6 of the students that took part definitely enjoyed themselves as well as ending the session fatigued. 

We will definitely have some sore legs in the morning, another massive thank you to Ben and all involved at CrossFit for allowing us to use the gym.

The CrossFit regime takes place every two weeks, the next available opportunity will be on Wednesday 7th November. If you would like come along please see Mr Dodds or Mr Railton in advance.
